Answers When You Need Them

Early detection is key to treating your pet, and Jumper Creek Veterinary Clinic in Bushnell offers comprehensive in-house pet diagnostics, including advanced equipment and an on-site laboratory. This saves time, money, and most importantly, provides faster results, meaning your pet gets a diagnosis and needed treatment sooner.

Revealing What Eyes Can’t See

At Jumper Creek Veterinary Clinic, our comprehensive in-house diagnostic capabilities provide rapid, accurate insights into your pet’s health. From digital radiography (X-rays) and ultrasound to comprehensive laboratory testing, our advanced equipment enables prompt diagnosis and treatment planning. This immediate access to critical information means faster answers and more timely care for your companion.

Our hospital can perform various blood screens, pre-anesthetic bloodwork, urinalysis, and other on-site tests instead of sending samples to an outside lab. Our comprehensive laboratory services include complete blood counts, blood chemistry panels, thyroid testing, urinalysis, fecal screenings, and more.

While we offer an extensive range of on-site pet diagnostics, your pet may need laboratory work beyond our scope. In those cases, we send blood work or other testing to a trusted outside lab, which will send the results back to us.

Jumper Creek Veterinary Clinic employs advanced imaging technologies to ensure the highest quality of care for our patients. Digital radiography, or X-rays, uses electromagnetic radiation directed towards the body to highlight objects within. They can detect abnormalities including skeletal fractures, soft tissue damage, foreign bodies, and dental disease.

Ultrasound is a powerful diagnostic tool that produces real-time images of your pet’s internal organs. This technology reveals essential information about internal processes, including the circulatory, skeletal, and gastrointestinal systems. When used in conjunction with other diagnostic tools like X-rays, ultrasounds can help identify disease, blockages, skeletal fractures, soft tissue damage, and other internal issues.
