We’ve been going to Jumper Creek for a few years. Everyone is so professional, kind, and courteous. Sadly our 2 Bichons passed within months of each other. Dr Honey helped to make us feel the decision for our pups to cross over the Rainbow Bridge was the right decision. We are adopting a 4 month old Bichon and know that Dr Honey and the entire staff will make sure he gets off to a great and healthy life.

I have been using Jumper Creek since I moved to FL in 2013 and have never failed to be impressed with their professionalism, good nature, great customer service, and no-nonsense approach to animal care. Well worth a drive from any surrounding areas – there are no other vets that can compare!

We are relatively new to the area and did not have a veterinarian yet. We had a senior dog named Bunny that we needed to let go. She was a wonderful dog and we were fortunate to have had her almost 14 years. I called the office on 10/24/22, told them what I needed, and was told I could come that day. I opted to wait one more day and today we took her in. Everyone from the front desk, to the techs (I’m sorry I don’t remember their names), to the Doctor, who I believe was Dr. Yates, were so wonderful and gentle with Bunny. I highly recommend this practice for any needs your fur babies may have. Thank you all for making our difficult decision a bit easier to manage.

Jumper Creek Veterinarians & staff are all fantastic! Before I knew of Jumper Creek, I took my dog to a different local vet, (he stated my dog was fat!) well Dr. Humphrey in Jumper Creek said she believes my dog has Cushings, and did the tests necessary, sure enough he has it, which she will be putting my dog on the proper medications to make him more comfortable. Thank you so much Dr. Humphrey and all Jumper Creek Staff! My boy will finally be feeling better xoxoxo. I highly recommend Jumper Creek

I have been using Jumper Creek since 2004, It is a pleasure to visit. They truly are the most caring staff you would want for your pet. Dr Yates and the whole staff are very helpful, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

My brother and his wife love their pets and treat them as family, so when they lost their beloved Willie of course they were devastated. But during this heartbreaking time they expressed to me not only your professionalism but your compassion. Not only compassion for Willie but also for the family that was left behind to grieve. I thank you for the care you gave our sweet Willie and his family.

We are traveling long term in a motorhome. My 14 year old Yorkie was approaching time for his annual exam and vaccinations, as well as, the usual older dog maladies treatment. We are staying at Oak Alley RV Resort about 15 miles away in Webster. Jumper Creek was recommended by another RVer at the resort. I must say I am more than impressed. The staff was overwhelming busy yet treated everyone – pet owners, every pet, and every phone caller with kindness, care, and respect. Although I some some recent medical billing records, they called my out of state vet’s office for lab work and medical findings comparison information.

Dr. “Honey” was wonderful. I think her examination of my pet was the most thorough, kind, and caring that I have witnessed in his life. She explained her findings and recommendations throughout the exam. In addition, I was not pressured for additional services as I usually am at the vet where he has been cared for for many years. The charge for services was reasonable. I highly recommend this veterinary care clinic!

Over the past 5 years I have used Jumper Creek Veterinary Clinic as my vets office. The staff has been second to none and go out of their way to help me with anything I need. Dr. Yates and Dr. Humphrey have always been the best and helping my dogs with what ever they may need at the time. I recently had to put one to sleep and the whole office treated the situation with dignity and respect for my loss. I recommend them to anyone that asks me where to take their pet. It’s a bit of a drive for me but very much worth it for the care and attention I receive from everyone in that office.
