COVID-19 Updates

Due to the current concern of transmitting COVID-19 we have decided to make some big changes at our clinic.

First, we have decided to temporarily suspend our late hours on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays. We will be closing at 5 pm instead of our normal 8 pm. We are currently still open for Saturday hours and will not be adjusting those hours as of right now. This will give our staff more time to sanitize the inside of the clinic and the public seating area we have temporarily installed outside of the clinic.

Secondly, we will be closing down our lobby to customers. If you have an appointment, we ask that you call from the parking lot so that our staff members can get a history of the patient. They will then meet you outside to ask any further questions and bring your patient back into the clinic where the doctor will perform a physical exam. We will then come up with a treatment plan and be covering it with you on the phone. Payments can either be performed over the phone or cards can be taken into the clinic by the technician. We are constantly sanitizing pens and our credit card terminal to keep any thing we touch or have you touch clean. If you are picking up medications, the same will apply. Please call ahead of time so that we can get your medication/food together. When you are here for pick up, call into the clinic for payment or present your method of payment and we will send a staff member out to deliver your medications.

We know this is not the most convenient situation. Keep in mind we are trying to practice safety measures that will limit our staff’s exposure as well as your own. We are following the current AVMA recommendations. Thank you for understanding and being patient with us as we try to keep ourselves and you safe. Please check out the link below if you are interested in learning more about the AVMA recommendations for keeping you safe while attending our practice.
